Learning and development specialist/ internal trainer

Some of our clients are top 10 Bulgarian banks, financial non-banking institutions, biggest telecoms, utility companies and a lot of small B2C and B2B companies from different industries. EOS Matrix is part of the big family of EOS Group with Headquarter in Hamburg, Germany.
Now we are looking for a Learning and development specialist/ internal trainer to join our HR department.
Responsible for Identifying of Learning and Development opportunities for each position/ team/ department
Work closely with leaders to provide guidance on Learning strategies for their teams and team-members
Develops and deliver learning/training initiative and/or propose external solutions/providers for each of them
Conducts and coordinates new-hires Induction programs
Finds appropriate solutions for the training and development of people, through a variety of different learning methods including mentoring and coaching
Proposes learning strategies to fill needs as identified through TNA –analysis
Coordinatates external training sessions for different groups and employees
Responsible for the data entries and the administration of the Training module in the HRIS – system including training catalogues, trainings scheduling and planning.
Participates in organisation and delivery of team building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Significant Knowledge in Adult Learning theory and its applications
Own experience as a trainer and/or group facilitator - at least 2 years
Skills in coordination and handling of multiple priorities
Very good MS office skills (Word, Power Point, Excel).
Educational background in Human Resources Management, Organisational Psychology or relevant specialties;
Train-the–trainer course/program certification;
Team centric atmosphere
