For our location in Sofia, we are looking to hire IT ServiceDesk / HelpDesk Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Incident, Problem and participate in Change Management planning;
  • Monitoring health of IT Services;
  • Responsible for overall Users HW and Software through its lifecycle;
  • Create / Update User or Operational Documentation
Requirements:

  • Windows-based System administration experience (remote and onsite);
  • Experience in Desktop applications and Windows Desktop Environment (i.e. MS Office and Windows Desktops OSes);
  • Desktop/laptop installation and configuration;
  • Experience in Desktop HW maintenance and troubleshooting (PC, Notebooks, printers, scanners, etc.);
  • Strong experience in Active Directory - configuration and administration, Active Directory Groups, Group Policy Management and User Management;
  • Experience in PowerShell and/or BASH;
  • Experience with Network Configurations for requesting Firewall permissions;
  • Basic networking knowledge Switches, Routers, WIFI (DMZ, NAT, IPv4, VLANS, VPN);
  • VoIP telephony or Contact Center experience would be a great advantage;
  • Experience with Ticket System and ITIL;
  • Any Mac OS X, Linux knowledge would be an advantage;
  • Excellent communication skills and client orientation;
  • Excellent problem solving skills and logical thinking;
  • Well organized with proactive mindset;
  • Candidates must also be able to work any shift, holidays, and weekends if needed;
  • Working level of English – written and spoken.
